I am researching my family history and hope some kind person give me some help, as sometimes it can be differcult doing this from so far away.
My Great grandfather was James kenney he married Ann Green in Nov1866 and his occupation was that of Mariner he married Ann at ST. Hilda South Shields James father was Patrick kenney I can't find the name of Patrick wife.to send for Marriage cert
Then in 1873 James died age 28. at St Johns Lane Gateshead this time he was a laborer in the glass works, how can I find out where he worked and why a Emma Summers was listed as present at his death and not his wife Thank You.Ess
