welcome bookthecook.
How much do you charge to come down to Australia? And do you donate to charity?

I think you are right Podgy Pete, but even as I began writing this I had the thought that our friend bookthecook will not be a regular contributor to these pages and discusions but saw us only as a way and means of advertising his web site for nothing.

POST TOPIC
Time will tell but I note in the ten days since his initial post your friend bookthecook has as I predicted not returned to make any further posts.
I recall in the good/bad days of Austar that if any person ever dared to come on board to blatantly advertise their goods and wares they would get a real tongue lashing and hounded off the board quick smart.

Re: BookTheCook
Greetings all
Have't been here on a while as the only answer I got was a sarcy, if hilarious one. So thought I would pop on to see that I've been getting a bit of grief!
Just to keep you in line globalmyths, I came on here when I 1st moved back to the area to try and see if I could get any interest in my business of cooking in people's homes. I had no idea it would upset people so much to ask a question! If it is any consolation and to make you feel better, the people of Shields haven't been so quick to take me up on my biz so I'm trying to diverse. Hey man, you can only ask! If you want to email me direct I'm in the Gazette every Thursday doing the food pages. I'm fairly harmless, but s**g me panhaggerty off and I'm like a madman! ) I teach a lot of kids now and it is amazing. leevusalanman!
Bamboo, of course I remember Dean, in touch with him on Facebook, we went to school together. Do I know you?
Anyway, thanks for the support Sless and Jim In France, means a lot. Remember, I'm struggling along too!
Cheers
Dave
