Re: Our Apple Tree Today
Hi Pilot, how you doing?.....I trust no achy bones this week......ahh!! with my achy knees I blame the damp and cold in the north east. Like you I have apple tree in my garden but for the past few years the crop has been poor.....so the birds get a good feed.
Just had a go (first time)....posting some holiday pics on site....fingers crossed I have done it properly....In time I will post a few of my garden....cheers blessings Rainbow

Re: Our Apple Tree Today
Hi Rainbow, I'm fine just now thanks, our apple tree had a bumper crop this year I think its due to a wet summer, we had the last of the apples about a week ago, gave loads away to neighbours who turn them into some sort of liquor.

Re: Our Apple Tree Today
I'm sorry to hear that Pilot.
A family crisis is much more important than an apple tree.
I hope things get better for you and your family.

Re: Our Apple Tree Today
Brian it is a well known fact you should never cut grass too short because it needs more watering and can't withstand hot sun as easily. Pilot is simply looking after the interests of his lawn.brian c wrote:Still haven't cut the grass I see
What a shock that tree is.. what a difference a month makes. I am sure last time it was brim full of apples and now it looks like it is on the downward trend towards winter.
Hope your family is okay now, pilot.
Re: Our Apple Tree Today
