The building that burnt down was the derelict warehouse on Hanover Street on the Quayside, directly opposite the Copthorne
I thought they were redeveloping the thing, despite the fact that its in ruins and having been burnt down before, I'd imagine they'll bulldoze the thing now (it's only standing because it's listed), which is a shame, would have been nice to see it as posh flats or an office building (as it would more than likely have been redeveloped as) instead we'll get another soulless newbuild to go with the entirely uniform Copthorne.
Suppose that would suit the purpose of what'll be standing in its place.
