That has just made my day.
Here I was, thinking I needed to do a bit of housework. LOL

What intrigues me is the furniture, TV etc look not too bad. I think it is just the coke cans and papers etc that are the main problem. If they got in a few rubbish bags they could clear it up and make it much more presentable.
I can't understand how anyone could put it on the market like that as potential buyers will have trouble walking around.
I love looking in on realestate.com.au and sometimes see photos where I think-hmm, they should have left that one out, but these sunderland ones take the cake.
I suspect the agent put them in to let buyers know what they were in for, but really, one indoor shot was all that was needed-we got the picture. They should have used shot 3 to show a bathroom or something.
By the way, mickey, you going to offer for it? I reckon it could go cheap-has potential for improvement anyway.

well, I am taking an interest in this house.
Has it sold, and if so, how was the price compared to others in the area?

I have a friend who once bought a house to renovate that had belonged to someone with alzheimers I think it was. Someone who lived alone with all windows shut, a lot of cats, he smoked. You can imagine the disrepair etc
That house took her a fair amount of work to get up to scratch but she did a great job-you would not have known the place in the end and I bet the neighbours were glad!!

the price of this house is the top end of the market for sunderland,
and that is way over priced

Does that mean Jake is selling up and moving him and his bus onto greener pastures.
