We just have to hope for the best, Marrasis. Dogs are so resilient, especially ones that are well loved.

I got an urgent mailing from the Humane Society today. They had a photo of a dog who had been left alone in a house for weeks without food or water. It was horrifying to see. The poor animal was barely recognizable.

Once the owners returned, the dog - unable to walk - crawled out the door and rolled down a hill just to get a drink of water from a stream. That's when it was found by a neighbor who reported the abuse to authorities.

It broke my heart to see. And yet there are people like Anna who would risk life and limb to save her pup.

Lots of truckers i know take there dogs with them for company
on the long hauls. Did tell them of your expolits and there all rooting for your dog to get better.

some thought you mad for climbing the cliff but also said
you done what you thought best at the time.

Thanks everybody.. she is on the mend..she is getting plenty TLC,lots of kisses and cuddles, a warm hot water bottle, and warm milk,, she is ok..
