Is this the North Easts most embarrasing moment?

Post by andysfootball » Sat Dec 14, 2019 3:09 pm

looking at the map and the wave of tory support to get the brexit deal done and the north east still voted for the labour monkeys that they have voted for for 100 years and will do for 100 more.

this even though they wanted the brexit deal done.

geordies shore the most accurate documentary ever

(sorry blyth at least there's an ounce of sense out there in the wastelands)

The present Labour Party reminds me of those like Derek Hatton who took Liverpool to disaster and Michael Foot who was another disaster. Happily, some North East Constituencies at long last realised that the Grandees of the Labour Party have no more in common with the working classes than Boris has as most of them live in rich Boroughs such as Islington and Hampstead Heath. :D Furthermore, they have never had a proper job in their lives!

As you say Andy they are stuck in a groove and never let reality get in the way of a fabulous promise.

No point in upgrading road/rail in the NE.

Where is the industry to support it.

Coal mines/ship building/ steel plant's all gone.

Shame really as the NE has so much to offer as in the geordie work force.

Hardworking proud folk, shafted by each government.

The NE promised bubble may burst once again.

No party will do anything for the northeast, because they know it is a waste of time and money knowing they have a secure seat. but the times they are slowly changing as a few of the old seats have been lost, even Tony Blairs old seat. They are blaming the Media and Brexit for them losing the election, Blair is calling for the Labour party to dump the far left of the party.
zip me up in my oilskins and jumper.
no more down the docks i'll be seen.
just tell me old shipmates.
i'm taking a trip mates.
and i'll see them on fiddler' green.
