A Victory for the Libs and common sense in Australia

Post by andysfootball » Mon May 20, 2019 10:12 am

Thank God the country can now move on after Labour lost the unloosable election.

Nice to see Clive Palmer psiing 60 million up the wall as well.

C'mon Scomo get the mines open now!

Come on Andy, Clive Palmer's sixty million was well spent.

There would most likely be a big hoohaa if he had just donated it, as it was he even got to say how his 60 million was spent.

Palmer got what he wanted .... he has a coal project next door and as big as Adanis Carmichael mine. Money well spent?

Adani has been approved ..... so now we are virtually paying for Indias Dodgy Brothers to take our coal in the guise of employment opportunity ... which will be far less than touted. Just a fancy way of paying a higher scale dole.

Mind you another Chinese project in the area has gone cold. https://www.mining-journal.com/bulks/n ... al-project

What we need is to be building a few more new HELE coal fired power stations and using our own resources to make our electricity/energy cheaper.
Nappies & Politicians should be changed often. Both for the same reason.
I don't have an attitude I have a personality you can't handle.

Smart move by Palmer he took a lot of labour votes, the liberals will open the doors to him, the china stone mine has pulled out, (for time being) the galilee basin is massive and mines there each mine can produce 40 to 100 million tons per year, their shares are dirt cheap, right now they are held back because the rail line isn't there however a line is proposed that will lead directly to Carmichael then to link the other half dozen small mines to the south, including gina reinharts alpha coal mine these people are not stupid and have made a brilliant move.
