I remember Brassy in the Gazzette anybody else ? =D>

Ireally must be Old if no one else remembers Brassy

I can remember....especially as there was a piece in the Gazette recently about the guy who used to draw the cartoons.
I am also old enough to remember 'Dodge'who did cartoons of footballers in the Green Final.

I remember him a very, very long time ago.

He was called Brassie, a navy cadet, by Doug Smith. I used to read it from the latter part of the 1940s.

Can't remember Brassy,but can remember Chipper.
