The Riverside, Mill Dam is now under NEW management! Showing ALL Sunderland & Newcastle games on our 5 screens as well as all major sporting events.
Buskers/Open Mic night on Wednesdays, Karaoke night on Sundays and endeavouring to bring South Shields some great NEW live entertainment. Upcoming events include Kings of Queen (Britains best tribute band), Lez Hammersley (International Comedy Stage Hypnotist),Gary Skyner (Liverpool Comedian from TV) as well as great live music from local artistes. Fine selection of Real Ales, Draught Beer, Bottles & Spirits with bar snacks and coffee served daily and traditional pub meals served from mid February due to our NEW kitchen being fitted.
This weekend we have the amazing Tommy & The Oddballs live from 8pm as well as Stoke v Sunderland AND Newcastle v Arsenal.
