I was at Downhill Infants when I fell head over heels with a girl called Valerie Eccleston.

So I gave her one of my Mams gold rings. She ( of course ) went off it when she found out.

Had to go around to Vals house and found she had give the ring to her friend Maureen Hepplewhite.

I was gutted.. even more so when my mother got the ring back all bent oot of shape..
