My mate reckons he's going to a convention for retired shoe repairers today.
Load of old cobblers if you ask me.

Hey - I spent a couple of years at Custards, and I'll rip the sack off anyone that calls me a coward!
Glad I escaped the place, though!
Don't think Mrs Reader had ever heard of deodorant!!!

Mrs Reader was the needlework/sewing teacher. Her room (our classroom) was upstairs next to the chem lab.
I can't remember the music teacher's name (Anna?), although I thought she was quite hot, in my pubescent adolescence!
Certainly much better to look at that Fat Polland - or was that Pat Folland?
Knee pads? What a luxury!!!

Welcome aboard sanders.
Yep, good times. Jolly ol' rubber neck. Mr Johnson - what a tosser.
Alan Smith nearly caned the hands of me one time, when I bust a round b*****d file and it stuck in the blackboard next to his head!!!
And then Mr Todd was always inviting you to join the red hand gang.
Do you remember Jek aka Mr Chalders.
And Mr Edmunds gave me a merit mark for pointing out he'd spelled a word wrong on the blackboard!
He wrote in my report that I'd probably grow up to be an absent minded professor!!!
Still, I was glad to move onto the boys grammer after the 13+.

Hi sanders.
Yup, I still play the ol' Bolan quite a bit.
Was just listening to Bolan Boogie on the long drive home this evening. =D> =D> =D>
I left before Vashonovsky and Sultman.
I remember Mr McNally, and Mr Swales. He was great, Mr Swales. Gave me a good appreciation for English, he did.
I remember my first day well enough! LOL
I was the "wise guy" who fell for calling Rubberneck that name to his face!!!!
He went three shades of purple, I swear!!!
