I really have to ask this, Are there any decent local bands playing around here?? i've seen a few over the last few moths but it seems ages ago. if you've got any suggestions please tell me. the last decent gigs i've been to where kained again / cease to exist / dont tell jack. i'm really into loud proper music so dont suggest sh*te sudent bands cos they alway seem to be " this a song i wrote one morning when a bird crapped on me...." there trying to be so different and original that they end up soundind... f**king awful

FunKtion... there good... although i feel i must say that since its my couzins band, they are really good. there playing the new crown this friday night, will definetly be worth a look mate. apart from them the only bands i go out my way to see locally are the force, the gangstas of ska and four woried men. them 3 aint played shields for a whilst now tho, at least not that i know of

hi u mentioned in your post about a band called cease to exist do u know if they are playing any where soon . i went to c them at the head of steam and they were f*&king excelent i cant wait to c them again

I BUMPED INTO ONE OF THE LADS FROM CEASE TO EXIST IN LEGENDS, HE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT PLAYING A SHOWCASE FOR SOME PROMOTER IN MIDDLESBROUGH, ANYWAY DONT KNOW IF THERE PLAYING UP HERE B4 XMAS THEY'LL PROBABLY BE DOING SOMETHING? NEXT TIME I SEE HIM I'LL ASK HIM.
