Hello to Baldy Smith, great photo of my family from approx 1952, but i am very curious how you took it & why you happened to be at the Red Barns Camp? but it was my elder brother Joe who joined the Royal Navy not me! hope we can contact each other, as all the people on the photo [except Mum] are still alive, as well as my 2 elder Siblings.Jeff

I've sent you a pm with more information about how I came to take that photo and how I happened to be at Red Barns Camp at that time. I'm sure you will remember it all; and my family connections with your family when you read my pm.

There are lots of good folk on these boards but we are all a bit mad, it all goes towards making the boards very interesting
