In London we seem to have had fireworks going off for weeks and I'm not just talking about a few 'pretty' rockets lighting up the skies. Some of the exploding variety are so powerful that even though they are often a considerable distance away, it reminds one of a WW1 battlefield!

One good thing is that my local wildlife has started to adapt to it all. I have six to seven foxes that are regular nightly visitors and for years, during the nights when fireworks were being set off, they failed to show up, but they have now adapted and almost ignore them.

I was in North Shields on Sunday night and fireworks were going off there. How are you keeping anyway anna :wink:

Saw a fantastic fire work display last night.

Attended by over 300 happy folk.

Hot food and mulled wine so there was.

Everybody enjoying them self.

Damn good job there was no body there moaning and bitching.

thats good they have adapted to it,i supose when your hungry you have to go hunt no matter what..my Charlie is 25 yrs old and still freaks out on bonty night :(
Did you no,you can now add your loved ones ashes into fireworks,i think its a brilliant idea,ive requested it in my will :D as i want to be cremated and ive always said,i dont want flowers,i want fireworks,so this is a bonus for me :lol: top of the world Ma :bom: :bom: :bom:
