I am granny to the southern granddaughters and grandma to the Northerners. I had 2 Grandmas. Don't like Nanna myself ......keep thinking of nanny goats but to each their own.

Boy, she's in for a long pregnancy, then.
Congrats to them both, anna.
My kids alsways called their grandmothers nanna. They had Nanna Lee and Nann Dot.
I called my own gran and Gar.

My father, he didn't like the sound of Grandpa or pop at all, so my kids learnt to just call him Ken.
