we used to play around the hall when we were kids, there was always a rumour of a tunnel connecting it to the grotto for use of smugglers

I think marsden hall was sold not so long ago by a local businessman called Tom Maxfield.
It was on for over a million but dont know what it went for?
It is a fabulous house with awesome views.
If i win the lottery then I am knocking on the door with my chequebook.
Well youve got to have a dream. Dont you.

Anna, afraid so he's married, i assume we are talking about Tom Maxfield the ex Sage businessman and not the snooker player, only problem he has is that he is a mackam. He would be a good catch for some lady, he owns Seaham Hall Hotel and spa which is supposed to be top notch, think of all the free pamper time in the spa.
