How I miss stottie cakes! They have 'oven bottoms' down here and they are NOT the same!

Whatever!...........................Greggs still haven't learned the secret of a good stottie.

Great ones came from bakers like Marrs in Bertram Street and Stinsons in Ullswater Gardens, and probably a few others also!! :D
