Jeff the hippy manager went on the manage the Harbour Lights then a pub it Whitburn, he died some years ago. 8)

The County is shut for refurbishment for the next 5 weeks.
Jellybabyjenbob you can come back to The County as it will be all
NO SMOKING when it reopens.

i was there during late 70's and early 80's

i used to sit up the top with alan neilson, ralph coates, bobby aka,davy mccormack,kenny peel,ray bays,etc

The smell of the place was shall we say INTERESTING AND EXOTIC

i'm sure geoff put strippy wallpaper up to get you out if you were tripping!!

like minded bars were MARSDEN INN and THE LOCOMOTIVE
