Hi everyone, we have just discovered my wife's grandmother had 7 elder brothers and sisters - we thought she was the eldest. Ethel (grandmother) Armstrong was born in 1890, at which time Elizabeth was 3, Annie was 5, Margaret was 7, Mary was 9, William was 12, Charles was 15, and John J was 21. The 1891 census shows they all lived at 14 Thompson Street, Westoe, South Shields, with Mum Annie B and Dad William. I know it's a long shot but we'd love to hear from anybody descended from any of these people.
