Habbishaws and Halestones!
I am trying to trace my family history and I know that in 1881 John Thomas Habbishaw was living with his wife, Ellen, and five children (John, Samuel, William, Henri and Ellen) on Kirtons Quay. Sadly, Ellen, Ellen and Henri died in the same year. I know that by 1901, William and Samuel had married and moved to Middlesbrough. I am now searching to find out what happened to John Thomas and John. I know that John Thomas' mother was born in 1819 and her name was Sarah Halestone (I guess why John T gave his son Samuel 'Halestone' as his middle name). If no-one knows anything about the Habbishaws, peraps someone can help with Halestones??!!! :)
