looking for sean bell

Hi there peeps
im trying to find,locate or contact a Sean Bell,
after recently visiting south shields myself i know that the name bell is rather a popular one but the one i'm trying for to seek is in his 40s prob greying short dark hair of about 6ft slender,
his last known postal address was george scott street, now maybe living with a family member.if anyone may know or knows of this sean bell i would greatly be pleased to hear back any details or info or even a picture of a sean bell you might know for procces of elimination
as hes a 15 yr old son that wishes to establish contact with him for no more the perpase of finding out whom he is as he grows from child to man
