Most of them are good Margy, you should get something
decent for your money. Impossible to say which is the best,
I usually recommend that people stick with brand names
which are well known. Fuji small cameras are usually very
good and produce excellent photos, my own pocket camera
is a Fuji.

Hi Margy Those small cameras are amazing, and best of all, can fit in your handbag or pocket for ease of access and portability.
You should go to a camera store, and look and feel some of those cameras, especially for the price range you desire, then when you pick 2 or 3 you admire, write down their model numbers, and check them out at those digital camera review sites.
It gives the good and bad on them, so you know exactly what you will be getting.
Fuji, Canon, Panasonic etc are all good big brand names that have been in photography for yonks. So you can't go wrong with the big brand names.

Magnificent colour in the trees there, Margy.
And what is that big old building?
Pity about the slow service in the local cafes.

Its not that old Sherri, its a mock up of the gate to the Roman Fort.
