I am just going to vegetate while I think of what to photograph for my entry.
Deep down I am simmering inside while I think.
and if I go off the boil its only because of the class of entries already submitted.
But just between menu I will succeed even if I have to kidnap a frier from the church.

Wonder what is it about that photo that reminds me of an Alien from outer space? Is it the red eyes or the snakes writhing inside its mouth?

Thanks Curly, much appreciated.

I have eaten there so often and know the staff so they had no qualms about letting me into the kitchen to photograph them at work.
The lady eating with me is my ex wife. And as you can see we are still good friends.
New Zealand roast pork apple sauce gravy and roast vegetables. Verry yummy.

No... just imagine a little pressure cooker... you get the heat to go through more evenly... i usually turn them over once during heating...

To make sure you don’t explode the can and get covered in food you dent the side of the can... if it pops out you know its time to get it off the heat!!! ;)

Reminds me of a woman in our street when I was a kid, her pressure cooker blow up and they spent months picking carrots and peas out of the ceiling. :D

Very good of you Global, where are the regional dishes, where are the traditional recipes, where are the quick fixes?
