Thanks Bri.
I saw years ago a lens advertised that when people see you use your camera they think you are pointing at something else but its actually pointing at them. Purportedly very good for candid shots. It would I imagine be banned today in case the wrong type of person would be using it for example on a topless beach or in kiddies playground.

now you may very laugh... but i bought this to do a specific job...

it'll slip inside of one of the pockets of my bike so that i can easily take it out to take a picture while im on the move or if im not carrying my bigger camera etc... a very specific job... i had another cybershot which took excellent pictures... but i leant it to my daughter who in turn left it at a friends place in another town... you know how it goes

so, with a pending small solo tour on my bike coming up over the holidays... i thought that i'd better get this while the huge Harvey Norman sale was on... :D

Bluey, have you not seen that 'action cam' at Aldi? It sells for $149. You can attach it to your helmet and Bob's your uncle :D

I've seen them lenses your on about Global, I think they were called a right angled lens or something, you could point the camera straight ahead but really you were taking a photo to your left or right. It wasn't to long ago I seen one, just a few years ago I think

I think this might be it

100 per cent in agreement there.
Maxwell Smart could have used it in his fight against K.A.O.S.

Mind, not all the Aldi stores have any left, but I know of where some are, and if you can't find any out your way, let me know and I will tell you which store has it over this side of the tracks

Time to pick a winner, and it's Blues picture of his coastline for June because it is so close to what we are used to seeing at Marsden in South Shields (see, I told you I am pretty random). Well done Blue it is a well exposed shot that will resonate with the people of South Shields.

I'll be in touch shortly.

I was having a good look at his bush fire scene and I was taken with a small patch of green lawn and also the three gas cylinders that were not affected by the heat.

Well done, Blue.
That was a great series of photos. My own personal favs were the first one and the ones towards the end.
Enjoyed seeing everyone's shots.
