Just to let u all know that new Sheilds band "THE NORTH" are holding their debut gig / chrimbo party UPSTAIRS at
ROSIE MALONES in Shields marketplace this Saturday, 6th DECEMBER 2003.
Doors open @ 19:30. There will be a support act @20:00 and the main event starts @ 21:30.
The band will be playing a mixture of original tunes, with a few covers thrown in for good measure. I wont name any covers, but to give u a flavour, look towards the stones, the who and thin lizzy and u'll get the idea.
The band contains some old faces who have not been seen around these parts for the past few years. So if u fancy being the 1st to check out something new, please come along!!!
