NEW RECORDING STUDIO IN SOUTH SHIELDS

At Aquarium Studio we aim to provide you with quality recording, mixing and mastering at the lowest rates in the region. We boast the latest in digital audio workstation technology (apple logic 8.2 running on a mac g5 dual 2ghz) with a selection of excellent outboard. Our live room has been acoustically treated with a selection of Realtraps and GIK acoustics and provides a superb environment for recordings of varying liveliness.
EQUIPMENT INCLUDES- Apple powermac G5 dual 2 GHZ, MOTU 896HD, Logic 8.01, Mackie hr824 monitors, Audient asp008 8 channel pre, API 3124+ 4 channel pre, Chandler Germanium pre, SSL duende, Mackie control universal, Neumann u87, RODE k2 valve mic, Sontronics sigma ribbon mic, Shure sm57, Shure sm58, Audix d6, Rode NT5 stereo pair, violet designs grand pearl, etc etc, new stuff arriving frequently!
SERVICES OFFERED-Recording, mixing, mastering, production, session musicians available at extra cost. If you wish to track your music with us and mix elsewhere we can provide you with data to take to the studio of your choice. Likewise we can mix/master material from other studios. Anything else we can help with just ask!
RECENT CLIENTS INCLUDE-unclemonty, minotaurs, young criminals, hummingbirds, sleepyvalley, crippling jack, memphis rains etc
