Darlington RA-v- South Shields

Post by Mick_Sharp » Sun Aug 12, 2012 3:50 pm

Tue, 14/08/2012 Darlington RA -v- South Shields FA Cup Extra PR Replay

Hopefully a better game, performance and result Tuesday. With the exception of Peter Kane not sure who else there is to bring in to get goals? If Ramma does not recover from injury I'd have both Kane's upfront as I don't believe either can play as a lone striker.

Unfortunately not a lot of time for the new lads to settle in, expecting more from them Tuesday. [-o<

What of Burnell, the two Pickerings, Flockett, Wightman and Peter Kane - do they come into contention, are they available ?
What is the current situation with Duncan O'Brien and David Colvin are they anywhere near a return to training, or to undergo an operation ? Any comments Mick would be welcomed and appreciated as possible, cheers.

6-5 to Shields tonight-unbelievable score, especially after Sat.,when no team looked like scoring one, never mind 11.

In all seriousness we need another keeper to fight it out with Barlow for the No.1 spot

thort the keeper was to blame for one goal last nite. the other 4 was down to bad defending and shields going all out attack which made for a cracking game unlike saturday. all 11 looked like total strangers to each other and will only get better the more they play. pitch was bobbly and ra put some strong tackles in. i think we never looked like losing and the extra workout may of done our fitness levels the world of good
