The Annual River Tyne ferry trip, for next Saturday evening August 4th, around the harbour and up to the Millenium Bridge and return, promises to be once again a most enjoyable evening with good company and complete with bar, buffet, music and dancing during the three hour trip. Please assemble from 7.00pm onwards at the ferry landing with departure at 7.30pm prompt. As also before, will all attending please as kindly possible donate a raffle prize to help promote a grand selection available, and to please bring along on the night ? A bottle of spirits, or wine or cans of beer or lager, confectionary, and goods etc usually most appropriate, would all be very much welcomed and most sincerely deeply appreciated, thank you indeed. We all look forward to the pleasure of each others company, good weather ( hopefully ) and a super evening of fun, pleasure and enjoyment. Thank you for your support. A few last tickets are yet available for any late comers, please contact Bob Scott on 07920 554377, price £10 each.
A notice is also to appear in the Shields 'Gazette' to help sell the remaining tickets for a full house, for what will be a great night of fun and laughter on the river, so if YOU are reading this and could be at a 'loose end' this coming Saturday evening undecided just where to go and what to go, then WHY NOT take advantage of a night out with a real difference AND help the town football club ? Bring your family and friends and the bairns ( though not too young obviously ). Contact phone numbers for tickets etc are elsewhere as indicated on the forum, but look sharp, do NOT leave matters too late and run the risk of being disappointed. We look forward to the pleasure of your company.
A welcome and much appreciated 'plug' in the Gazette that will no doubt help to sell the remaining few tickets still available, so if you are undecided just what to do this Saturday evening, come along and bring a few friends also on a night out with a real difference, you will not regret it I promise you .....
If you are having a late look on here and are coming along this evening, please do not forget to bring your raffle prize, as ever it's a case of the more the merrier to help make a good draw prize selection, it'll promises to a great evening.
