After 2 weeks of of cancellations due to referee shortages in the league the Sima lads turned out today for there second game of the season against PAC Builders.
Unfortunately, shortly before half time the match was abandoned due to one of the Sima lads suffering a suspected broken leg / ankle.
The Sima nightmare continues

Vets Reunited 4 - 2 Simonside SC
Quite a promising display from the majority of the Sima lads but sadly let down by the minority "
Quote from one of the lads before the game
" Were not playing in this are we, it's raining"
Keep up the work lads, it 'll come right soon!

PAC Builders 4 - 1 Simonside SC
Although the score makes it look like a convincing win for PAC, that was not the case.Pac had to battle for everything they they got and the first 2 goals against Sima came about due to what can be best described as poor refereeing desisions. (mind, the other 2 were well taken goals)
For the first time that I've seen them this season, they looked like a team and worked hard together.
Pleased to see the mighty Hellraiser in attendance for once

Simonside SC 1 - 5 PAC Builders
Following on from last week, the sima lads once again faced the table topping PAC Builders side, with the same 4 -1 result.
No excuses this week, PAC where just to strong for them.
(OK maybee just a small one, I think a good few of the team where a bit under the weather after helping to celebrate a 21st the previous night)
Happy Birthday Smithy
