sima v ship 21/10/07

Post by barry fry » Mon Oct 22, 2007 5:58 pm

sima played well against an unbeaten ship and thouroughly deserved at least a point out of the game
sima opened the scoring when darren wann calmly tucked away the opener mid way through the first half only for the ship to equalise with the last kick of the first half
sima took the lead again when cooper played a brilliant through ball to tommy wade who luckily put his chance away (dont believe what he says it was definately a cross)
ship then started to knock the ball around and deserved there equaliser although the defending could have been better from sima
sima took the lead again with 15 mins left through a superb strike from at least 35 yard from striker an definately in with a shout for goal of the season
sima couldnt hold on to there lead as ship equalised through a brillian strike from 20 yards as the game finished all square at 3-3
sima are improving with every game and will be there or there abouts at the end of the season there next game is at home to boldon colts on sunay 28 oct 10:30 kick off

Well done the Sima lads =D> =D>
Although I didn't see all the game, what I did see was worth watching and the Sima lads certainly deserved a point.
Thanks for the match report Barry, much appreciated.
Growing old is not so bad when you consider the alternative!
