Interestingly, saw this vid on Youtube, and thought I'd share it.

Some of the jumps are difficult to fathom - Mile End road to Dean Road - but still interesting to see.

Be interesting to see these streets now.

Question - when did we have single-decker blue buses in Shields? I remember Yellow - Corporation buses - and red - Northern buses.
But blue had gone long before 1996.

And another one from the 1950's about King Street and the Market.
This was before the concrete monstrosities were built. Should be some good memory jerkers here!
