Stephenson Clarke, did they operate the coal carriers up and down the east coast ?
I've probably seen them many times but cannot remember any names of the vessels.
Did they have a black funnel with a silver band around it ?
Here's the Frederick John Evans on which my dad sailed.

Pooter, these are great pictures. Thanks for posting them.
Have you got more ship photo's ? I'm not asking you to post them all, just curious that's all.
I've got a personal interest in BP, Bank Line, Safmarine, Zapata Marine and anything photographed in the Tyne.

Pilot, in Pooters first photo, I reckon we should be able to remember a ship called Jonny Evans....

Yes, you're quite right, they've got a massive collection of stuff to enjoy there.
I just thought it was worth asking as sometimes we get to see some 'new' photo's.
A good example is some of the stuff you've posted recently. I've really enjoyed these photo's.

Are you offering a CD with all the Tyne shipping photo's ?
If so, then that's very generous of you. How do I get them ?
If not, then I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

Thanks Pilot, I've just sent you a PM about the possibility of using zip files via email or skype.

Please advise accordingly, thanks.

Nearly 1am over here and a busy day in store, so must shut down for tonight. Will respond asap, tomorrow, thanks.
