clearing the ivy out of the garden, if i find a tripod in amongst it you can have first claim on it pilot.

no more down the docks i'll be seen.
just tell me old shipmates.
i'm taking a trip mates.
and i'll see them on fiddler' green.

I bought a new camera (Yashica Minister D ) which i still have and a tripod for it, had a few beers in the raffles hotel bar and somehow left without the tripod 24th May 1970 it was my wife to be 17th birthday.

no that was the triffords don't want to meet one of those in the ivy. don't think the the guys at the recycling facility would let me dump it ? i found a lion head rabbit in there two weeks ago. it has now taken roost in my back lounge lies about all day in front of the tv and likes to nibble on rubber cables and shoes with rubber soles.

colder nights so am having a fire

and gathering up some of the dead wood in the park opposite

doing a bit of punting on sunday afternoon and watch a few Netflix movies

choice of music on the worksite radio leonard cohen, nick cave, the church, paul Kelly around the fire

choice of drinks tooheys old, brown brothers cab sav and a couple of penfold ports

other than that cycling with mary and watching the new skating show extravaganza in the garage

This weekend.. I will be doing what us retired people do... Working in the "Man Shed." Gardening, having a bloomin good time drinking lots of Cava after forty seven years of working I've deserved it woooooo hooooooo

Back in Warrington.

Dropped off Girders in Sheffield at 3.30 am this morning.

New railway bridge being built.

Can Britain not produce these girders any more ?

All 6 of hem was manufactured in Germany.

Breakfast then back to Bury for a lazy weekend.

Cava is far superior to Proseeco.. It is Spanish. The Spanish make more sparkling wine then any other country. I rank a good Cava (which is most of them) alongside a good Champagne.

I was a Wine Merchant (Importer) for over fifteen years.
