Greetings from Nanaimo

Post by andysfootball »

Last day in Canada today in a place called Nanaimo which started out as a trading post for the Hudson Bay Company.

Arrive in Seattle tomorrow morning.

Star Princess is full of yanks (polite ones!)

Got the unlimited booze package but the rules changed to a cap of 15

So anyway after 7pm I just had to start bribing as I was capped!!

Keep it clean so I don't have to do too much moderation

The internet charges are a bit exxy.
STAY CALM AND SANDDANCE ON

The booze packages, so I have heard, are hideously expensive but I remember my sis in law bought a soft drink package on our last cruise. I think it was around $70-$75 for 12 night cruise. Included soft drinks, mocktails and hot chocolate. Didn't include a coffee eg latte. I didn't buy one as I figured soft drinks all day was a pretty unhealthy option. I would have considered it if it included proper coffees!

Hope you're enjoying your holiday.

He's going undercover to talk to a local truckers network.

I don't think they would be intimidated by his presence.
