One thing I do have is a 1st birthday card from my maternal grandfather, he died when I was 15 months old so I never knew him and I was his first grandson, but I have the card.

my dad just recently gave me a bottle of Jonnie Walker Blue label which he hasnt opened and he's had it for 25 year, so i'm going to keep it for a while also. would i still be able to drink it after that long?

As long as the seal isn't broken, PartyBoy, yep! Most of the distilleries age the whiskey in barrels for at least three years. Not sure how long that one was aged but it should be lovely to drink.

Well you have to look after the younger generation Betty and I'm rarther partial to a good malt, only at Xmas, mind, Oh except for Birthdays, Easter, Whit, Summer time and................. :wink:
