Searching for Habbishaws

I am trying to trace my family history and I know that in 1881 John Thomas Habbishaw was living with his wife, Ellen, and five children (John, Samuel, William, Henri and Ellen) on Kirtons Quay. Sadly, Ellen, Ellen and Henri died in the same year. I know that by 1901, William and Samuel had married and moved to Middlesbrough. I am now searching to find out what happened to John Thomas and John. I am also interested to find out what Kirtons Quay was like during the late 1800s.
