UPDATED

Thanks to Jean Pilkington I've now updated all of the names. I have been contacted by four of the girls in the photo, so far, hopefully I will hear from or get information about some of the others.

Back Row
Neville Hogg, Brian Kirkley, Anthony Smith, Neville Harbottle, Mr Morton, Harold Crow, James Richardson, Raymond Harley

Third Row

Hazel Little, Masie Elsy, Jean Reah, Gladys Ward, June Frier, Shiela Hall, Iris Reay, Margaret Barrow, Lillian Elliott,

Second Row
Doreen James, Pat Smith, JoanThompson, Jenny Johnson, Jean Pilkington, Enid Bohill, Muriel Fenton, Dorothy Henderson, Margaret Newsome, Doreen Wright, Beryl Lancaster.

Front Row
Marshall Callender, David Smith, Lydia Stobbs, Brenda McKie, Joyce Hamilton, Margaret Rattray, Sally Hudson, James Todd,
Hardy Ahmed, Ronald Wyatt

I've heard from ten of the girls in the photo. Unfortunately one of the girls in the photo died at a very young age, in a
plane crash. I've had it on good authority that at least four of the lads have passed away.

I never ever saw him use the stick. I would assume that was because we kids
in those days were better behaved and showed respect to our elders. Tho only
teachers I ever saw use the stick were, Tommy Gedling and Geordie Wyatt.

And what the hell are you doing up at four in the morning?
