I did exactly the same thing. Rennnaps/Cherry Phosphates.
Luckily I noticed and thank heavens for the edit facility.

sorry im a bit late but heres the story.
"lets be serious about this s**t ho" is sort of a flat thing at Essex. i got this girl in our flat fuc*ed on MDMA crystals and she kept wanting to do mad stuff - like ring her parents and say how great it was, climb up walls, hug random strangers and pizza delivery men. and get more d*ugs.
we had to tell her: "lets be serious bout this s**t, ho". f**k, everyone in our flat must have said it at least 50 times that night she had so many mad ideas. so the catchphrase was born.
