The Cellar Club

Hi everyone,

Despite recent disastrous attempts to recreate some of the old magic it seems that The Cellar Club / Chelsea Cat is finally settling down to be a dentists.

That made me think. It would be great to celebrate the place's glory days- has anyone got any photos of the place in its heyday?

Well it was a sad day when the old Cellar Club in Beach Road closed and they opened the new one that later became the Chelsea Cat, the old club had a real atmosphere about it the new one was modern glitzy and never as good, the clientele change very quickly and d*ugs set in at the same time and most of the regulars from Beach Road moved on.
