The Nook, known as "The Flying Stool" had some bizarre characters in there. Theres a chip shop and opticians (or maybe estate agent now) next to the Cranny.

The Winter Gardens (just behind) is now a canny curry place called Spice 1

I thought Spice 1 used to be thr Linden Rooms!
And Winter Gardens is now the greengrocers (next to the travel agent on the other corner)!
Growing old is not so bad when you consider the alternative!
