Phil Screaton used to have The Turks Head a few years ago and had some really great bands on the live music nights. Does anyone know if Phil has another pub and if he has, where is it ?

cheers.

Try the Lord Clyde at weekends, a lot of the bluesy type stuff that was popular at the turks, play at the Clyde , Mr Screatons band Archie Brown and the young bucks play there every now and again , check out the gig listings posted on the side of the bar.

Grumpy old men play classic rock stuff, they're a good band though, usually on at the office or the Clyde
