heres some of my treasure noggin i found some in the ground whilst digging foundations out and some just lieing around places that i have worked http://i1356.photobucket.com/albums/q723/tedster1/treasure009_zpsb934b62f.jpg and this i found whilst taking away some old stone steps, i think its copper...

Found the best spot local was the farmers fields above the old mill at Cleadon,the soil layer was only about 8 inches thick so coins a plenty lay under this ont the limestone. Not much to look at but here's a Colchester Brooch ( incomplete ) which i found on a club dig last year, it is of the ' La Tene ' period and is approx 1000 years old. This one is wanted by the Museum and has yet to be recorded. Things like this Brooch tell the archaeologists a lot about the activity...
