Re: Any updates?

Hello everyone! I'm not dead, nor in the nick! Sorry for my abscence and not making replies. I never knew I had any pms. It's just been a very bad 6 months for me, coming to terms with Peter's death. I still have not, but it is better. I have been suffering serious depression, interspersed with heav...

Re: Jim-in-France

Thank you to everyone! I am still around. I am having a big problem coming to terms with Peters death. I drink a lot and take p*lls to help me cope. Not good I know, but its the only way I can do it! Thank you to those who have sent msgs. I cant reply, as each day I toy with suicide. But I cant do i...

Re: Peter

When I say neglect, I may have used the wrong word. They never really showed real love to him and he was very insecure. They did accept him being gay. But they are not a very comunicative family. It's a shame really. I feel some guilt for not trying to understand him more too.

Re: Peter

Thank you again, everyone. Most of Peters ashes were taken back to the UK by his mother. (I have no say in it, as under French law, I am nothing!) But some did stay here and we planted a tree in his memory in the garden of the place he worked and the place of his friend/boss. We put his ashes below ...

Re: Peter

Thank you sherri.

I have deleted a few words from here, as they were irrelevant. I made the post when I had been drowning my sorrows.

The one below is our friend, Cyril. Who shot himself last year. Cyril on the left. And the car I crashed, came from Cyril.

Re: Peter

I'm not sure what is going on here. The law here is very different. It is investigated by a judge, he makes the final decision to prosecute or not. The gendarmes told me the day after the accident, that Peter died of head and chest injuries. So as far as I know, that is the official line. I had also...

Re: Peter

I forgot to mention, that I am now being investigated for Involuntry homocide. As they call it in France. I am the driver. Therefore, I am responsible. But luckily, I dont give a s**t! Do they really think that they can do more to me? Can they hurt me more ?

Re: Peter

http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y168/jimbobl/Peter02b.jpg Thanks sherri. Oddly enough. 2 days after Peter died, my sister, who is now in Greece, had a car accident. Luckily, they were not hurt. I mentioned on here a few weeks ago, about learning of a friend who shot himself. The car we had, we got...

http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y168/jimbobl/Peter02b.jpg Peter is sitting behind and between the man (bald) and woman (in black & white dress). Our french teacher is holding a camcorder just to the left and behind me. It was her who emailed this pic to me today. She came around and contacted tele...

Re: Peter

Thank you to everyone! I am finding it harder to accept now, than I did last week. I guess it is since the funeral on Saturday gone. I was very busy until then. But now Peters family have gone back and all has been done, It is only now sinking in. I have been told that now is when it gets harder. I ...

Peter

Some of you have met my partner, Peter. At the last meeting. I was going to inform you earlier, but my internet has been down all week. I'm afraid that last Saturday 13th at 6.30pm. We had a car accident and Peter died. We have been together almost 18 years and I cant quite believe it. What I find h...

Re: Jim in France

Hello Memor! I'm still about, but not often, nor for very long! I never get much time lately. My normally eratic life has just got a little eratic recently. The French are trying to kick out the brits (and others) at the moment. I have been trying to stop them! :D Many brits are worried here now. In...

Re: More techy help needed

This post made me look at correcting the problem on my PC. So I did what was advised and changed the language settings. What a Bloody carry on! Everything went wrong. None of the buttons corresponded to what the should be. I tried to undo what I had done, without much luck! I clicked around for ages...
