I have only one Christian name (no middle name) but it is made up of two because it is hyphenated. Interesting thing is, male friends call me by my full hyphenated Christian name and female friends don't. Its wierd because I never tell people what to call me. Maybe this suggests men are more polite ...

Hello everyone!

What a shock when I logged on! :shock:

It'll take a bit of getting used to these new streamlined boards, but they look quite snazzy - if not a trifle confusing after being away from them for so long!! :?

I once borrowed a Coldplay CD, Talk about music to slit your wrists to :cry: I also think Robbie Williams bats for the other side. Cisco, I agree - only Cold Play are sooo depressing I'm not sure I'd be able to psyche up enough enthusiasm to slit my wrists if I were listening to them ... Never saw ...

The light nights are fast approaching....oh how i dislike the light nights :( Marrasis I was thrilled to read this! Everyone thinks I'm crazy cos I don't like the light nights. I like going home in the daylight, but I don't like it staying light late. I like to close the curtains and cosy up infron...

Bluekats, its just like all those 'the nation voted' thingies. I heard one yesterday that 'the nation voted Prince William's girlfriend -what's her name? - the 'kindest person in England''. Really??? For starters she doesn't want publicity so how do we know what shes done to be 'the kindest person'?...

It's a start Deka! My ancestors moved to South Shields you see from Leeds and the father John, well his mother was a Halestone so ... well I'm trying to find out if we actually originated in Shields. Thanks!
