Pleasant place Westoe area

Hi, does any one have any info on a small street known as Pleasant Place possibly in the Westoe area of the town,in around the 1900s/1940s. For example who lived there and when was it flattened, and where in relation to the modern town where was it ?.
Thanks Barry.
