I have looked all over for any information but cannot find it. I do know the number of the house but wont print it as the people that live there might not want it known.

I think it was for the pleasure boats that used to sail around the harbour. some went as far as Hartlepool

ST VINCENT ST GHOST

There is supposed to be a house in St Vincent Street that is extremely haunted. 'Is there anybody out there' that can give me a little bit more information to add to what little I already know.

yes they were behind Lord Street. I used to buy my pasties from the shop that was on the corner of Lord street, I survived.

universal potteries

Does anybody remember Universal Potteries, behind Osborne Avenue, (formerly a laundry) owned by Percy Bolt.
I used to work there in the sixties and would like to hear from any workers from that time. I would also love to see some pictures of the potteries for the book that I am writing.
