Re: The Shed! AUGUST PHOTO CHALLENGE

Funny you should say that Sam.......we have a bathroom in his erection and he showers and shaves in there every night before he comes inside.
No greasy mechanic is showering in my bathroom in the house.....he gets banished to the shed for that.
Photos will be posted tomorrow morning

Re: my daughter.

Sounds like you have a lovely daughter Sam.

Our first born daughter is heading your way in March next year. She will be staying for 10 months and working in Guildford Surrey. I'm sure I will get all emotional on her departure and arrival back home as well.

When are you going?
Where else to you plan to visit?
Tell us more.

BTW My husband said the weather in Vegas is about the same as inland NSW during the height of summer.
Very, very hot. Not humid like Darwin but a real dry heat.

Re: Hey Daddyo are you awake

Hey Freon, My husband was in Vegas last August. He did both Hoover Dam and the helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon and enjoyed them both. He reckons it was money well spent. The tour of Hoover Dam involved going into the bowels of the workings of that massive structure and he found it fascinatin...

I always thought of Detroit as an industrial area but your photos give a completely different image to what was in my mind.
Didn't Ugly Betty come from Detroit?

I have to agree with Blue's initial post.
They can do whatever they like amongst themselves but don't play with the minds and hearts of innocent children

Re: Weight Loss Thread

We have our local relay for life happening ATM. It's a 24 hour relay walk to raise funds for cancer research. I'm doing the graveyard shift. Got here at 11pm Saturday and it is now 4.25am and I have just passed the 30km mark. The footy field we are lapping is half a kilometer around and I'm now on l...

It was 28 degrees and sunny and now they have climatised they played up to expectations. They said it was a pleasure to play on a pitch (that's what they call our g...

Re: Weight Loss Thread

I'm certainly not angry and feel the need to punch anyone in the face  I have said it as it is. I'm NOT obese but know I have to shed a few kilos for health and looks reasons. It is as simple as that. The difference between you and I Blue is that I may be over weight and your no oil painting.....

Re: Weight Loss Thread

Goal weight = 65 kg.
I am tall-ish so can't expect to get down to a size 8 or much under the 60kg mark.
At the moment I am a large 14/small 16. If I can get to a size 12 I will be happy.

Re: Weight Loss Thread

Well I am also jumping on the JJ and Gnads bandwagon. In my teens I was a bit of a good sort (even if I do say so myself  ). I played many sports and was always active. I got shunted off to boarding school that didn't have a high emphasis on sport and that, combined with crap food saw me blow ...
